Guidelines for oral and poster presentations

We kindly request that all presentations be delivered in English and prepared in .pptx or .pdf format. To ensure smooth transitions between speakers, please provide your presentation file on a USB flash drive to our technical staff at least 30 minutes before your scheduled session begins.

To help us maintain the conference schedule, we would appreciate your cooperation in planning your talk to fit within the allocated time slots. These slots include both your presentation and the subsequent question and answer (Q&A) period:

  • Invited Lectures: 60 minutes total (50 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A)
  • Keynote Lectures: 30 minutes total (20 minutes presentation + 10 minutes Q&A)
  • Oral Presentations: 20 minutes total (15 minutes presentation + 5 minutes Q&A)

For quick poster presentations, please submit 2–3 slides to mpawlyta@polsl.pl no later than 2 days before the beginning of the conference.

Please prepare your posters in A0 size using vertical orientation. We will provide the display boards and all necessary mounting materials at the venue.

The official Poster Session is scheduled for Wednesday, June 24, 2026, from 16:20 to 18:00. However, to allow all attendees ample time to view your work, we kindly ask that you mount your poster as early as possible on Wednesday morning and keep it on display until the formal conclusion of the conference.
