Abstract submission
We invite you to submit your abstract for Oral or Poster Presentation. The abstract template can be found here: Abstract_TSC_2024.docx.
A participant may submit two abstracts for oral or poster presentation. Each additional one will be charged extra.

Submission form includes information about the preferred form of presentation (oral presentation - 20 minutes, poster).
The final decision on the form of presentation will be made by The Scientific Committee.
- Registration open from - 26 February 2024
- Abstract submission begins – 26 February 2024
- Abstract submission deadline - 17 June 2024
- A notification of acceptance will be sent before - 1 July 2024
- Late abstract submission for poster only, closes - 1 August 2024
- The final registration date - 30 August 2024
Posters and presentations instructions
Oral presentation
- Plenary speaker - presentation time – 50 minutes
- Keynote speaker - presentation time - 30 minutes
- Standard oral - presentation time - 20 minutes
Your poster should be printed in portrait A0 format. (W:84.1cm, H:118.9cm)
Post conference publication
FULL PAPERS Post conference publication: Springer Nature
The submitted papers will be reviewed, and all accepted papers will be published in the proceedings of the XIth Torunian Carbon Symposium till the end of the 2025 year, which will be published as a part of Springer Book Series/ Journal Series. The postconference proceedings will be published as a volume into a bookseries of Springer Nature, which means not into a journal, so won't have an Impact Factor, but the papers will be indexed in Scopus and listed on a ministerial list.
Authors interested in publication are asked to prepare an article in accordance with the template and send a set of files (doc. + pdf. + signed file License to Publish) to the session Chairman till the end of 2024.
