Abstract submission
We invite you to submit your abstract for an Oral or Poster Presentation by filling out the form below.
When completing the submission, please indicate your preferred type of presentation (Oral or Poster) and select the Topic that best corresponds to the subject of your abstract. After submitting the abstract, an automatic confirmation will be sent to the author's address provided in the form. Please be aware that the final decision regarding the assignment of an Oral or Poster presentation rests with the Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified of their abstract’s acceptance and classification by April 15, 2026.
Each participant may submit one abstract as the Presenting Author; should you wish to submit a second abstract, please kindly contact the Chairwoman, Mirosława Pawlyta (mpawlyta@polsl.pl). You are welcome to modify or correct your abstract until March 30, 2026, by simply submitting a new form (the latest submission received will be considered the final version).
The abstract may contain figures and tables. They can be pasted separately in the Supplementary Data field.
Please note that if you successfully submit the online form, there is no need to send the filled Word template via email. However, should you experience any technical issues with the online submission, you may use the abstract template available here: Abstract_SC_2026.docx. Please complete it and send it directly to mpawlyta@polsl.pl.
