Fee
- Paid before 14.07.2024
Regular: 400,00 euro
Students: 220,00 euro (proof of student status required) - Paid after 14.07.2024
Regular: 450,00 euro
Students: 270,00 euro (proof of student status required) - Fee for accompanying persons - 150,00 euro
The conference fee covers:
- Access to all Conference Scientific Sessions
- Conference materials
- Coffees as in the final program
- Lunches as in the final program
- Conference Dinner
- Conference trip - guided to tour of several of Torun's most important monuments
The conference fee does not cover:
- Travel expenses,
- Accommodation costs - Important information regarding accommodation during the conference is available in the Venue tab,
- Medical, accident and liability insurance,
- Visa fees.
Registration fee for accompanying persons covers:
- guided to tour of several of Torun's most important monuments and conference dinner.

Early bird payment deadline - 14 July 2024
Cancellations made before 14 July 2024 are refundable but will incur a 50 € handling fee.
Cancellations made after 14 July 2024 are non-refundable.
