Registration

Registration is now open. The registration link is at the bottom of the page. We kindly ask you to register as soon as possible – this will help us organize the conference. We encourage you to register early and pay later. Registration and abstract submission are separate processes. For payments made between May 2nd and June 5th, 2026 (delayed payment), the organizers will make every effort to accommodate full participation. However, we cannot guarantee a place for an oral or poster presentation, nor can we guarantee that your abstract will be included in the conference materials.


Conference fees

  • Regular fee: 2500 PLN /610 EUR
  • PCS members (Polish Carbon Society): 2300 PLN / 560 EUR
  • Students and PhD students: 1300 PLN / 320 EUR

Please note that accommodation is not included in the conference fee. Participants are responsible for arranging their own accommodation. Information on recommended hotels and a cheaper option (guest rooms in the student dormitory of the Silesian University of Technology) is available in the Venue tab.

Conference fee includes:

  • Full access to scientific sessions and lectures.
  • Discussion panel "Science and Industry".
  • Coffee breaks during the conference.
  • Three lunches: Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday (grab-and-go lunch).
  • Networking event "Culture with Science" (welcome snack).
  • Meeting at the "Spirala" Student Club - Jam Session (light dinner included, alcohol excluded).
  • Excursion to the historic Guido Mine.
  • Gala Dinner on Thursday evening.

Jam Session Discount: Any participant who declares bringing their own instrument and actively participating in the jam session (Wednesday evening) will receive a discount of PLN 100. To benefit from the reduced fee, the discount code INSTRUMENT must be applied at the time of registration.
